Exercise Physiology

Exercise Physiologists prescribe exercise as a therapy. For people with cancer, it may help to improve fitness and strength.

An exercise program may assist you to better prepare for, and cope with treatment and recovery.

Exercise may also help you with treatment related side effects such as:

  • nausea
  • fatigue
  • and pain

Exercise may assist you to improve mood, weight, muscle mass and ability to perform daily tasks.
